Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you via email if there’s a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: 10-20 business days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

The Collective is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at requests@thecollective.store with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
